EA SPORTS™ Pure Swing System: Putting the barrel of a bat on a baseball in flight may be the hardest task in sports. Now, an all-new hitting model rewards the perfect swing and lets skilled users put the best the pitcher has to offer into play to generate offense.
Big Play Control: MVP's all-new Big Play Control brings complete user control to the diamond. Control diving and sliding catches, scale the wall to rob an opponent of a home run, and user-controlled slides, double-play break-ups, and collisions at home plate change the way the game is played.
Control the Front Office: Build the ultimate franchise with an incredibly deep Dynasty Mode. Manager Mode: Manager Mode allows you to control the game from the dugout using a set of strategic per-at-bat decisions. Play In The Minors: For the first time ever, play with minor league clubs from Class AA and Class AAA. Now featuring 60 farm teams, MVP Baseball 2004 lets you take to the field with the Durham Bulls, Toledo Mud Hens, and many more.
