Wow, I haven't checked in to update with a new blog in a week... and one day. Today is a big day for fans of college hoops and I must admit there have been some exciting ballgames in the past few days. I was watching that Georgia Tech - UNC game which went down to the final shot. Or maybe the comeback of the season by Maryland yesterday. And it occurred to me how much more exciting college hoops is over the NBA is right now. Everywhere you turn in the NBA it seems there is a controversy - the entire Lakers saga being the most obvious. College hoops almost seems a pure form of basketball, not to mention these kids are playing less minutes than the pros and are putting up more points in many cases.
You could do worse than watch any and all of 5 college hoops games on the schedule today.
